RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

 

1. Change of Mind (14-Day Cancellation Period)

Under UK distance selling regulations, you have 14 days from the day after receiving your order to request a return for change of mind.

To be eligible:

• The item must be unused

• In its original packaging

• In fully resellable condition

Return postage costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.


Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items Unless Faulty)

The following items cannot be returned for change of mind:

• Personalised or custom-made jewellery

• Cosmetic products where the hygiene seal has been broken

• Any cosmetic product that has been opened or used

Personalised jewellery cannot be refunded if incorrect letters, spellings or details were submitted by the customer at the time of order.


 

2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you believe your item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect, please contact us at Trappdollofficial@gmail.com as soon as possible.

We request that any visible damage on delivery is reported within 48 hours to allow us to investigate with the courier. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Your email must include:

• Your order number

• Clear photographs and video evidence of the issue

• A description of the fault


Claims without sufficient evidence may not be accepted.

All items must be returned to TrappDoll for inspection before a refund or exchange is issued.

Where a genuine manufacturing fault is confirmed, we reserve the right to offer a repair or replacement in the first instance. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

 

For confirmed faulty items, TrappDoll will provide a prepaid return label.


If, upon inspection, no manufacturing fault is found or the damage is determined to have been caused by misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear or improper care, no refund will be issued and the item may be returned to the customer.


 

3. General Conditions

• Items must not be returned without prior approval.

• We are not responsible for returns lost in transit if sent without tracking.

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 days once the return has been received and inspected.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

 

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
